03 / THE PLAYBOOK

Big personality.
Small position sizes.

The desk borrows the quiet confidence of Kimchi's public persona. The account follows explicit rules — not claims about his real strategy.

  • Read first. Market cap above $10K. Known pair age under 10 minutes.
  • Stay small. $5 entries below $25K cap; $10 at or above it.
  • Manage the position. Partial exits at +20%, +30%, and +40%. A final quarter targets 4×.
  • Respect the limit. A $10 daily loss or drawdown halts new entries.

DECISION LOG
Kimchi pixel portraitTHE CHARACTER / THE CONTEXT

More composure.
Less noise.

A fan-made character inspired by Kimchi's public trading and lifestyle persona. Room dialogue is written for this project; it is not his commentary or advice.

BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN

A few things
worth knowing.

Is this the real Kimchi's agent?+

No. This is an independent fan-made interpretation, not an official product or a verified copy of his strategy. The rules and character dialogue are created for this desk.

Does it trade with real money?+

No. The $200 bankroll, positions, and results are simulated. Market snapshots come from DEX Screener, but this app never signs or submits trading transactions.

What happens when I start the agent?+

The rule-based engine evaluates fresh snapshots while this tab is open. It records eligible simulated entries and manages exits. New entries start paused; you can pause them again at any time.

Do I need Phantom?+

No. The desk works without a wallet. The optional Phantom button only requests your public address. It never requests a signature or a transaction.

Why isn't it entering every token?+

Missing data, old pairs, low market cap, account limits, and stale snapshots all block entries. Not trading is an expected outcome, not a loading error.

Character & research

Kimchi is the public persona behind @kimchi1x, profiled in Orangie's “Day In The Life Of Kimchi”. This desk uses that public persona as creative inspiration. It does not authenticate ownership of any wallet, assert his profit figures, or reproduce his private trading strategy.

Data & eligibility

The radar uses DEX Screener's latest Solana profiles, Pump-related search results, and quotes for watched token mints. It is a selection of indexed pairs, not a complete feed of new Pump.fun launches. Pair age comes from pairCreatedAt and is not token creation age. Entry requires a known pair age of 0–10 minutes, market cap above $10,000, and a positive quoted price.

Operating rules

Initial balance $200. Entry $5 below $25K cap, otherwise $10. Maximum two positions, $20 outstanding initial cost, $150 cash reserve and ten entries per UTC day. $10 daily equity loss or drawdown halts new entries. Fees and slippage are assumptions, not on-chain execution.

Exits & cost assumptions

At the first fresh snapshot at least 30 seconds after entry, a position with no price growth exits. Otherwise, sell 25% of initial token quantity at each of +20%, +30% and +40% versus the entry quote; the remaining quarter targets 4×. Estimated fills apply 1.25% fees, 0.5% adverse slippage and $0.02 network cost per side. No liquidity-depth model or actual bonding-curve fill is implemented. Gaps use the observed quote. Stale or missing quotes leave positions pending; they may remain open indefinitely.

Execution & persistence

New entries are paused until you start them. Pausing entries still allows exits to be evaluated. The engine runs only in the open tab and uses localStorage for the account and journal. It is deterministic rule-based software, not a connected generative model. Export the journal to keep a copy. No backend runs your account when you close this page.

Phantom

Connecting shares the selected public address only. This app does not request message signatures, token permissions, payments, or transaction signing.

Design & artwork

Interface structure inspired by OnlyAgent. Character, room adaptation and content direction reference Kimchai. The room artwork is “DS Gaming Room” by gawrone; room plate and character sprite layers are from the supplied Kimchai reference. Jersey 10, Silkscreen and Martian Mono provide the pixel typography.
